A microbiologist and a whole food enthusiast head to France on vacation. There, they taste artisan yogurt made with fresh, whole milk. Today, the company makes grass-fed, artisan yogurt at its production plant in the Comox Valley. They handcraft their yogurt in small batches using a blend of 100% fresh whole B.C. milk and carefully selected ingredients. Their mission?
