Our hearty mushroom purée contains black truffle and porcini pieces that melt in the mouth. The delicate truffle flavour reveals hints of garlic without masking the taste of the other mushroom varieties, all complemented by black olive notes.<br><br>
Ingredients: Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) and Boletus (Boletus edulis) 70%, Extra virgin olive oil, Black olives, Summer truffles (Tuber æstivumVitt.) 2%, Onion, Garlic, Sea salt, White truffle flavour, Parsley, Wine vinegar, Acidifier: citric acid.
