Chris and Russ Prefontaine have spent their entire lives around the food and beverage business. When they were young, their father started the company that would become Fratello Coffee Roasters. When the brothers began working for the company, their attention to detail and passion for gourmet coffee lead them to develop wonderful relationships with coffee growers across the world. In 2012, the brothers realized their dream of owning an upscale café when they launched Analog Coffee on 17th Avenue in Calgary. But the brothers weren’t done contributing to Calgary’s food and beverage scene. They decided to open Corbeaux Bakery and bring artisan baking back to its roots. That meant starting with high quality ingredients and putting them in the hands of passionate professional who could combine artisan baking knowledge with modern techniques. Today, Corbeaux Bakery brings fresh ingredients and exciting flavours to the Calgary community. Their baked goods are made daily.
