This dumpling was inspired by our favourite pizza: funghi misti.

Enoki, shiitake, white button, and oyster mushrooms, caramelized onions, drizzled with white truffle oil and wrapped in an Italian parsley wrapper. If you’re mad about mushrooms, these will make you maniaco.
