Raw Chocolate – Cacao Paste 80g (½ cup) cacao paste 40g (¼ cup) cacao butter 2-3 tbsp maple syrup or powdered erythritol Or ¼-½ tsp stevia or monk fruit extract ½ tsp vanilla extract Pinch sea salt 1. Melt cacao paste and butter in a double broiler 2. Add sweeteners to taste, vanilla and sea salt. 3. Add superfoods to taste 4. Place molds on a tray. Pour or spoon into silicone molds, paper cups, or glass pan 5. Raw Chocolate – Coconut oil 3/4 cup coconut oil 3/4 cup maple syrup or sweetener 1 cup raw cacao powder 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1. Melt coconut oil. Lowest heat setting or in a double broiler. 2. Whisk in maple syrup or sweetener of choice 3. Whisk in raw cacao powder 4. Stir in superfoods 5. Pour chocolate mixture in chocolate molds, paper cups or glass pan 6. Immediately place in freezer. Ingredients will separate if you are too slow. 7. These chocolates must be kept in the freezer all the time, otherwise they will melt | Raw White Chocolate 160g cacao butter 1 tablespoon smooth nut butter 1 cup erythritol powder 1/4 tsp sea salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 1. Melt cacao butter in a double broiler. - Stir in nut butter, sea salt and vanilla.
