RECIPE CARD

Servings: 1

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

1/3 cup water

1 tbsp dried hibiscus

2-inch piece of ginger

1 cinnamon stick

1 cup oat milk or alternative (More likely to curdle if using full fat milk)

1 tsp dark maple syrup  (or sweetener of choice)

Instructions

1. Add ginger and cinnamon to a small pot. Bring to a boil and then remove from heat.

2. Add the dried hibiscus to the pot, cover and let steep for 2 minutes. Note: steeping more than 2 minutes could curdle the milk.

3. While the ingredients are steeping, heat up the milk to desired temperature.*

4. Strain the piece of ginger, cinnamon, and dried herbs.

4. Add steeped mixture and heated milk to a mug

5. Add maple syrup, stir and enjoy

*Try an iced version! Skip heating up the milk and add some ice
