Ingredients

1 cup full-fat coconut milk

½ avocado

1 tbsp nut butter of choice

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 scoop of sugar free chocolate protein powder

1 tbsp coconut oil or powder

½ cup ice

¼ cup water, if needed

Stevia or monk fruit sweetener to taste

Cinnamon and/or cacao nibs (optional for topping)


Instructions

Add contents into a high-powered blender, blending until well-combined.

Pour into glass and top with topping of choice.
